By using our services, clients acknowledge that animal behavior is unpredictable, and WildCue is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from training implementation. Participation in free flight training carries inherent risks, including but not limited to fly-offs, injury, predation, or loss of the animal. Clients assume full responsibility for following all safety protocols, training recommendations, and risk assessments before engaging in any training activities.

WildCue does not guarantee specific training outcomes, as results depend on individual animals, trainer consistency, and external factors. By booking a consultation, mentorship, or training service, you agree to these terms.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Introduction
By using the services of WildCue Animal Training & Consulting, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, booking of services, and participation in training programs, including behavioral consulting, mentorship, and free flight training.

2. Services & Booking
✅ All services, including behavioral consulting, trick training, free flight mentorship, and zoo partnerships, must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
✅ Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
✅ We reserve the right to decline services if we determine a client or animal is not suitable for training.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
✅ Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
✅ Cancellations within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable.
✅ If a session is missed without notice, it will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Liability & Risk Disclaimer
✅ Animal behavior is unpredictable, and WildCue is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from training implementation.
✅ Participation in free flight training involves risks such as fly-offs, injury, or loss of an animal. Clients assume full responsibility for assessing environmental risks and following training protocols.
✅ WildCue provides expert guidance, but results are not guaranteed, as training success depends on animal temperament, training consistency, and environmental factors.

5. Use of Website & Content
✅ All content on www.wildcue.com is protected and cannot be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
✅ We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes posted on our website.
